Keep your teeth white naturally
Many foods can turn yellow or stain your teeth, such as coffee or other strongly colored drinks. Here are some natural techniques to help you preserve your teeth and make them a little whiter.
Often recommended after a visit to the dentist, mouthwashes with sea salt (rich in iodine) also brighten your teeth. A pinch of coarse sea salt mixed with lukewarm water. Wash your mouth, or with your toothbrush, soaked in the mixture. You can repeat once a week.
An effective and natural solution because the acidity of lemon cleans the enamel of your teeth. Brush your teeth (once a week) with lemon juice!
Baking soda is often recommended for teeth whitening. Baking soda has properties that reduce plaque and smooth tooth enamel, like a descaler. It also has the advantage of preventing the formation of cavities.
Brush your teeth 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with a soft or medium toothbrush to avoid damaging your gums. Remember to floss and an occasional visit to the dentist for a scaling session is good.
